Ana Sofía Camargo is a Panamanian visual artist that has been living in Arkansas, since 2015. Her art explores through different mediums themes related to her identity as a female, language, and Latin American culture. Camargo depicts her statements as visual metaphors that create a conceptual narrative.
Camargo will be performing 'Pinkhood' in which she invites the viewer to reconsider the prescribed female gender roles and their association with the color pink. Join us on Sunday, April 15 in Springdale.
